Make a Difference
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset accounting of RINGANA’s U.S. business. You will ensure accurate financial records and work closely with external partners and the Accounting and Finance team at our headquarters in Austria.
A key part of your role will be working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and supporting the continuous development, optimization, and digitalization of our Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset processes in the U.S.
Scope/Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end operations of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense report management.

Ensure all payments are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and enforce Accounts Payable policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Resolve escalated vendor issues, discrepancies, or disputes effectively and professionally.

Ensure accurate vendor records, including banking information and tax documents (e.g., W-9s).

Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with applicable U.S. accounting requirements and Group reporting standards.

Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Track the compilation of project costs.

Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.

Record depreciation for all fixed assets.

Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.

Support the implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for the U.S. business.

Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments in the U.S. as well as Group Finance and other stakeholders at RINGANA’s headquarters in Austria.

Support finance-related projects and the continuous development of the U.S. finance organization.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Profile

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.

3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset accounting, preferably in a corporate operating environment.

Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, general journal entries and month-end closing processes.

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. accounting requirements.

Strong interest in process optimization, automation, and digitalization within Finance.

High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience in a global setting and/or in an e-commerce business is a plus.

Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
Salary:

$48,000 - $60,000
This is a 100% on-site role based at the physical office location. Remote work is not an option, and remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Please note that relocation assistance is not offered or provided, so candidates must already live in the local commuting area or be able to move independently at their own expense.
