Be part of the team establishing and growing our new US organization from the very beginning. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will help create the operational and people-related foundation that supports our future growth in the United States.


From coordinating day-to-day operations to supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience topics, you will contribute across a broad range of responsibilities and play an important role in building an efficient, collaborative, and well-organized work environment.


We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working across different topics, and helping build structures in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting where flexibility, ownership, and teamwork are highly valued.

Scope/Responsibilities

  • Manage general office operations, facility coordination, travel management, and administrative setup topics

  • Support recruiting coordination, hiring and onboarding activities

  • Provide operational HR generalist support across different employee lifecycle topics

  • Collaborate closely with external partners and headquarters to support the setup of scalable HR processes and structures in the US

  • Coordinate with local stakeholders, external service providers, and vendors

  • Event coordination and organization

Qualifications & Profile

  • Several years of experience in office management, HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related operational roles

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to work operationally in a startup-like environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and help build structures in a growing organization

  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working with both local stakeholders and international headquarters teams

  • Experience in an international environment is considered a plus

  • Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish is an advantage
